Rental Policy

Please read our rental policy carefully

All cancellations must be called in BEFORE the day of your rental.

Weather & Cancellations

At DFW Bounce Houses & Party Rentals, we strive to provide you with a smooth rental experience while addressing unforeseen circumstances like weather.

  • We closely monitor weather forecasts for our area and understand that weather can be unpredictable. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, we will not cancel due to weather unless it poses a danger to our equipment.
  • The decision to cancel due to weather or any other reason is ultimately left to you, the customer. Please stay informed about weather conditions in your area and feel free to reach out if you have questions about our cancellation policy.
  • Please note that our inflatable units can be left outside during rain but must be deflated when it’s raining or too windy. After the rain has stopped or the wind has subsided, they can be reinflated with a simple switch.

Delivery Times

  • We make every effort to contact you the day before your rental to confirm details. If you haven’t heard from us by 6 pm the day before your rental, please give us a call to verify your scheduled delivery time.
  • To ensure timely deliveries for all customers, we may occasionally deliver several hours in advance of the scheduled rental time. Rest assured, there is no extra charge for this additional setup time.

Deposits

  • A minimum $50 deposit is required for all orders. If you cancel 7 days or more before your event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your event, you will receive a raincheck for your $50 deposit, valid for up to one year toward your next rental.
  • We do not refund deposits within 7 days of an event due to the reduced likelihood of renting the equipment to someone else in that time frame.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies as they allow us to provide you with reliable service and maintain the quality of our equipment. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel a rental, you must notify our office BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF YOUR RENTAL. Once the equipment is delivered, the FULL AMOUNT IS DUE, regardless of the total time used.
  • All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason must be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is set to be delivered early. Once we’ve set up, we must compensate our employees for their hard work, thus requiring full payment regardless of use.
